Angry Decision

We all make decisions in our day to day life. Some are right, some are wrong, some are fruitful, some takes a lot. Generally, when we make any decision we consider many factors which can affect our decision. There are some cases when we have no control on the things which we do. One of these types of situations is Anger.

Many a times we make decision when we are angry. This anger has a great impact on our decision making ability. Most of the decision in anger are very harmful. It is better to decide with a cool mind to decide the right thing.

Angry decisions will make you more angry.

I quit FRENCH

I was learning French, but few days back I just stepped back because I was not satisfied with the way I was learning it. I started it with great enthusiasm but later everything vanished. I cannot blame anyone for this.

It happens to many of us that we start something with great enthusiasm and later we just quit. In these situations, there is one great thing to do, i.e. ask yourself the reason for your start. Just ask why you started the thing which you are quitting now. There are some cases where you just cannot resist yourself quitting as you are sure of what you are doing. But there are cases when we just get carried away by others and just quit.

Just ask yourself why you have started, and you will get to know whether quitting is important for you or not.

Power of Appreciation

We all know the importance of appreciating a person. An appreciation can get many things out of a person, or the absence of it may take many things out of him. Always try to appreciate and thank people around you. This will not cost you anything. The person will feel like a worth and his work will be more fruitful than the previous one.

Do all this without the expectation of anything in return. Truly appreciate those around you, and you'll soon find many others around you. Truly appreciate life, and you'll find that you have more of it.

Try it!!!

Corupt India

India is still perceived to be one of the most corrupt countries by Transparency International in its annual corruption perceptions. The country ranks 84th in the list of 'World's most corrupt nations' due to high public-sector corruption.

The bottom five nations were Somalia, Afghanistan, Myanmar, Sudan and Iraq, while the cleanest countries with ranking close to perfect 10 were New Zealand, Denmark and Singapore.

So which are the developed countries, which are developing countries and which are under developed? Everybody can give a speech, but only few can listen properly. The report blames everything to Indian PSUs, but I think that Private companies are not absent here. The only thing is they are not caught. These reports can do a little, but together we all can do a lot.

Think about it!!!

Problems help us!!!

Many of us believe that we learn after facing different problems. In most common terms we call it "LEARN BY EXPERIENCE". I agree with this that there are some situations which really teach us some or the other thing.

I strongly believe in something else. The problems and situations we face not actually teach us something. These problems make us find a solution for the same. We use ourself going deeper inside, and just come up with the solution. Here the problem has not taught us how to solve a problem, but the problem has helped us in knowing ourself. It makes us know our hidden talents.

So, the next time you decide to know your true self, put yourself in a problem.

Fear or Guts?

Fear and guts are not given by anyone. These are the things which we have to take. One who take it as his choice can have it, others cannot if they don't want to. The one who prefers guts over fear will surely have guts.

You decide your own choice

Controllable Anger

" If anger is your most frequently used outlet, try unplugging it for a while." (Brian G. Jett)

It is very true because many a times we lose something just because of our Anger factor. Anger, often taken as one of the enemies of human, is created by us. By this, I mean to say that it is only we who create anger, as it is not inborn. Controlling the anger totally depends on an individual. If not controlled at the right time, this can become very intense and can even break you.

Control your anger before it start controlling you.

Gender Gap

There was a time when the gap between the genders was very big. Then came the time when everybody said that they were putting there the best of their efforts to remove this gap. Most of them got little success.

Who says that there is no Gender Gap in India. According to a recent survey done by World Economic Forum (WEF), there is a big corporate gender gap in the employment of woman in th entry level to the top management of the companies. This survey was based on the 60 of the top best 100 employers of India. Here are some of the results.

* Women employees held only 10 percent of the senior management positions in two-thirds of the surveyed companies.

* None of the companies had women chief executive officers (CEOs) and almost 40 percent of the respondents had only 10 percent women work force.

* The average annual income of a woman is $1,185, which is less than one-third of a man's $3,698, employed in Indian companies.

Do you think we are not having any Gender Gap in our country? Remember, if you cannot respect the work done by others, stop the operations of your company. The most preferable way to remove this type of gap will be to educate the men about the women empowerment.

Remember, a finished road is much better for a vehicle.

Monday leave

According to the recent study by the Bangalore-India consultancy firm Mercer, most of the leaves are being taken on mondays. Monday is the most common day for all the employees as 35% of the sample size of 11,000 employees take leave on mondays. They say that the reason for their leave was musculo-skeletal problems.

Cool enough. What I think about the reason behind monday leaves is lack of enjoyment. Many of the employees have their own families. Having holidays on weekends and after enjoying to the core of tiredness, it becomes very hard for the employees to start their day immediately with mondays. They take a monday leave and join back the company on tuesdays. This make them feel relaxed and be in a position to work with fresh minds.

What do you say?

Never compromise

We all have dreams, and we always try our best to achieve them. We never care for anyone while trying to achieve the goal, but one of the greatest mistakes which we often commit is of ignoring our near and dear ones.

Our near and dear ones ( not fake ones) always support us in whatever we do. Always remember, they are the only ones who are really yours. You can dream and achieve that by living life in the way you want, but your personal relations are the one which shapes your life.

Never sacrifice your personal relations because of your dreams, learn to adjust.

Great Vision

There are many people who are not able to know there real self. These people always under estimate themselves and never try something new. They don't have any vision and this makes them sit at a same place throughout their life. On the contrary there are some people who have a strong vision and they start perceiving themselves according to their great vision.

Having a great vision helps us know ourselves better and deeper. This highest vision will make you do wonders and believe me that the results will surprise you.

Make a great vision and see how amazing you are.

Fear of nothing

We all are afraid of some or the other thing. Some of us are afraid of Lizards, some are of failure, some are of height, and some are of death. Fear is nothing but the negative feeling about something which just home inside us. It is not genetic, but it highly transmitted if no proper care is taken. Regular negative comments on something will make it a reality (fear) for us.

We are afraid of something because our mind is not completely open to that thing. We just see what we want to see. Just think for a while why a fear for us is not a fear for others. All we require is the strong will to overcome it. There are many people who have seriously done it.

Fear is just like the uninvited insects which come to our home. If you really want to drag them out, you need to find them and throw them out of your door.

Yesterday's Objection, Today's Praise

We live in a society and always think that we should make them feel happy. If they are complaining something it means we are wrong. The right step for us can be the wrong one for them. They always want to control us.

There are two types of people. One, who always care for other's opinions, views, and responses. Second, who really don't care and do all that they want to do. First type of people always remain where they are now, whereas second type of people go ahead without caring for anyone to achieve their goals. At the end of the day, those who were blaming the second one follow him and his ideologies.

You decide what you want to be.

From spark to fire

I am not perfect. I mean to say that I am not able to do things right in the first attempt. I am 100% sure that no one else can. I have seen many people who have really faced a lot of problems because of others. Those type of people always abuse the damager ( the person who has ruined his/her life). They feel that the damager has completely ruined his/her life and they have nothing left to live happily in the future.

I am totally against the view of those people. I feel that the damagers are the one who ruin a part of your life and later give you reason to go ahead. I am not saying that they are innocent. They spark up your life so that in future if you face any such situation you can create fire. Instead of taking it as the end of your life, you should take it as a learning so that you may not repeat same kind of mistakes in the future. Learn to live with true meaning and purpose now.

Damagers will damage once or to maximum twice,
then it is you who should learn to fight.

Out of track!!!

Have you ever asked a hardcore science question to an art student? If no, then it makes sense. In life, we do these kind of things very often and end up regretting because of reasons like wrong choice, time wastage, etc.

When you are on your track,
Never ask anyone who is out of track
