Tie your Stress

Most of us are having some or the other kind or stress. Some of us have stress from studies, from personal life, unhealthy food, etc. Here are five tips to manage your stress-

1. Go on a holiday and throw your stress somewhere there, so that no one can bring it back.

2. Exercise daily and use your stress in lifting weights. If you have anger, show it to the body by exercise, but don't do it too much. Have your senses with you.

3. Hobbies and interests are very far from us these days. Bring them back, and involve yourself in that so that you can forget about your stress.

4. Do everything with your friends and family. Being alone can make you feel more stressed.

5. Proper food will help you and your body to balance the unbalanced things. Eat well but not too much.

There can be many other things which we can do to manage our stress. I am waiting for your comments to know some other tips.

Controllable Anger

" If anger is your most frequently used outlet, try unplugging it for a while." (Brian G. Jett)

It is very true because many a times we lose something just because of our Anger factor. Anger, often taken as one of the enemies of human, is created by us. By this, I mean to say that it is only we who create anger, as it is not inborn. Controlling the anger totally depends on an individual. If not controlled at the right time, this can become very intense and can even break you.

Control your anger before it start controlling you.

Gender Gap

There was a time when the gap between the genders was very big. Then came the time when everybody said that they were putting there the best of their efforts to remove this gap. Most of them got little success.

Who says that there is no Gender Gap in India. According to a recent survey done by World Economic Forum (WEF), there is a big corporate gender gap in the employment of woman in th entry level to the top management of the companies. This survey was based on the 60 of the top best 100 employers of India. Here are some of the results.

* Women employees held only 10 percent of the senior management positions in two-thirds of the surveyed companies.

* None of the companies had women chief executive officers (CEOs) and almost 40 percent of the respondents had only 10 percent women work force.

* The average annual income of a woman is $1,185, which is less than one-third of a man's $3,698, employed in Indian companies.

Do you think we are not having any Gender Gap in our country? Remember, if you cannot respect the work done by others, stop the operations of your company. The most preferable way to remove this type of gap will be to educate the men about the women empowerment.

Remember, a finished road is much better for a vehicle.
