1. Slowly drink some glasses of cold water. Do not replace it with anything else.

It is very true because many a times we lose something just because of our Anger factor. Anger, often taken as one of the enemies of human, is created by us. By this, I mean to say that it is only we who create anger, as it is not inborn. Controlling the anger totally depends on an individual.
