Invisible HR

Great HR is invisible, but it is everywhere. HR is where the business operates, innovates a new product, or in service and growth of the company. Great HR is invisible because Great HR people like it that way.

Have you ever heard of any company who had come up with its HR? I guess, not many. And you know, why? Because, business is not about HR but HR is about business. HR people know very well their reason for existence. They are behind the success of every manager and employee. They are behind every emerging leader. They are behind every clap of the stakeholders for the company. They are behind every single price increase of the share.

HR is performing backstage. They are getting the right people, training them, appraising their performance, rewarding them, and helping company to find talent to win. But when all these things happens, HR people do not get any credit for anything they do. So, if you want to be center stage, stay out of HR. They are the people who enjoy when others enjoy.

Hindi Awareness League

I know you all must be thinking that I must have joined NGO or some party. Believe me, I haven’t. But suddenly, why are we talking about our National Language HINDI. Honestly speaking, I respect HINDI a lot. And the reason is its existence till now. Every year crores of rupees is being spent for the HINDI AWARENESS programs, most of which is going to a place that you all know (For all those who have not understood – its pocket). I have no enmity to any of those event handlers.

I am doing my internship in Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Bangalore (India). I know one of the senior officers of HAL, who is also my inspiration. Few days back, he asked me whether I know HINDI or not. I replied positively. Then, he gave me two pieces of papers full of HINDI. Those sheets were in SHUDHHA HINDI (pure HINDI). Some of the words were bouncers, and many were understandable. I finished reading that, and asked him what they were for. He told me that the article was written for posting it into the HAL magazine. I was really very surprised to know that because many of the employees don’t even know HINDI.

After investigating a little, I came to know that HAL is a strong player of HINDI AWARENESS LEAGUE (don’t take this a national program, I call it like that), which is trying its best to save HINDI. Though it is being imposed on HAL by GoI (Government of India), but still it is worth appreciation.

In the era, where majority of the Indians feel ashamed of speaking or writing in HINDI, there are some true Indians who are trying their best for its awareness. I have heard many names like Kalidas, Kabir, Bachhan, Prem Chand, etc., but it is very good to hear new names also.

My special request to all INDIANS to save our language. We have made HINDI. Why should we follow always? Get ready to lead.

PROMOTE OUR HINDI, PROMOTE OUR NATION!!!

JAI HIND!!!

p.s. : If you want me to write this post in HINDI, I am ready to write but that can be a bouncer for you.
This post is only to promote INDIAN NATIONAL LANGUAGE: HINDI, my special apologies to other nations other than India.
