Being Proactive does not take much!!!



I have seen many people who are just lazy, even I act like a lazy sometimes. The reason behind that is just that they cannot help it. Here are some approaches which may help you being proactive.

1. Don't try to be perfectionist and don't leave everything just because you cannot be perfect in that.

2. You have to take risk always. Don't leave anything just because you may do mistake. Go for it.

3. Increase your expectations. Do not stick to what your are today.

4. Whatever you want to do, do it now.

There can be many other approaches for being proactive, but these four are really very helpful. Try it!

10 things to keep you happy at work



There are many people who just want to work for themselves. They are their own boss. On the contrary, we have a majority of people who work for others. Most of them are not happy at their work place. It is said that happiness lies inside you, and these people really don't know in which part. So here are 10 reason which these people can try to keep themselves happy at their workplace.

1. If you have two options of being happy and sad, please choose to be happy.

2. Try to do something which you love to do at your workplace, but it should be office related.

3. Go for your professional and personality development.

4. Try to know what is going on in your organization as you are part of that family.

5. Always ask for feedback of your work. If you are not well, do well and motivate yourself.

6. Avoid negative people and negative activities.

7. Commit when you can really do. Do not make false promises as it will return to you someday.

8. Practice professional courage like conflict resolutions as it will help you in long run.

9. The persons working with are your family members, so make friends.

10. If you think none of this working, go to a job search engine and look for a new job. I guess that will make you happy.

Where is the answer?



There are many situations where we end up asking suggestions from others, who just don't know it. In life, there are many stages where you feel confused. At that point of time, you just try to get an answer. But where is the answer?

If you think that others can answer your question, then I think you are not right. Every person has his/her own life, and have nothing to do with you when it comes to life. They can roam with you, talk to you, love you, hug you; but they will never answer your life.

The answer to the maximum confusions lies inside us. If you will keep on asking and shouting for help, you will not be able to hear your inner voice. So better keep quiet and listen to the inner voice so that you can live your life properly.

Don't let your inner voice sleep.

Problems may define you!



We are the ones who are there to face the problems and solve them, don't let your problems tackle you. This is what most of us do. Some people are so bound to their problems that they don't know what to do without them, and if one lot of problems disappears, they get new ones to replace them. The biggest lose here is this that problems start defining us.

We are nothing without those problems in that case. Don't let you problems decide your individuality. If your identity is linked to your problems then you will never be able to overcome them.

Tie your Stress



Most of us are having some or the other kind or stress. Some of us have stress from studies, from personal life, unhealthy food, etc. Here are five tips to manage your stress-

1. Go on a holiday and throw your stress somewhere there, so that no one can bring it back.

2. Exercise daily and use your stress in lifting weights. If you have anger, show it to the body by exercise, but don't do it too much. Have your senses with you.

3. Hobbies and interests are very far from us these days. Bring them back, and involve yourself in that so that you can forget about your stress.

4. Do everything with your friends and family. Being alone can make you feel more stressed.

5. Proper food will help you and your body to balance the unbalanced things. Eat well but not too much.

Are you ADDICTED?



Addiction can be our biggest enemy, when handled properly. Addiction can be defined as anything without which you cannot even think of living. Addictions are not always for negative things. You can be addicted to negative things like heroin, alcohol, gambling, cigarettes or food; or you can be addicted to things like your work, hard work, etc.

Living with your addiction is not really living at all. The one and only thing that matters in your life is your need to fulfill your addiction. It does not matter what you are addicted to. Just keep in mind that it is an addiction and you need to tackle the problem now.

There are only two options open to you when you are addicted. You can carry on exactly the same as you are doing and end up being poor, lonely, unhappy, ashamed or even dead, (depending on the type of addiction you have). Or You can admit you need help, and so many people will be there to help you.

One second once



How often do we hear "take it slow," "take it easy," "one step at a time," "one day at a time" "don't be so hard on yourself" etc... Do we follow the advice? Probably not as often as we should.

Each second of the day we are faced with small and seemingly insignificant decisions; constant tests of do or don't, right or wrong. Some of these tests might be so minor we don't even think about them. Perhaps its a q-tip on the floor or a pillow out of place on the bed. Do we take the literal one second to pick up the q-tip or adjust the pillow? Or do we leave the "mess on the floor" so to speak, and allow it to accumulate.

Think of how many areas of our life that these one second challenges are adding up! You probably have piles of "stuff" all around you and fail to even notice it. A great philosophy I recently adopted is "if I think it, I must do it." If I think about taking the trash out, it probably needs to be done. So I do it NOW! By creating this discipline in my life, more gets done and with minimal effort.

I walk alone



We all have friends. But there are many people who feel isoloted even after having hundreds of friends. There can be mistake of anyone behind this and lets not get into it. Lets talk about their loneliness. If you are dealing with loneliness, you can take some steps to change the way you feel. Remember, only you have the power to overcome this feeling.

The first thing that you need to do is accept that you are feeling lonely. Do not try to run away from your feelings. Instead face and learn to express that feeling. You can cry to vent out your loneliness, or you can write. Usually when you accept and express what you are feeling, you will be able to figure out what is causing it.

What is happiness to you?

Happiness is not something which is universal. What keeping me happy may not keep you happy. There are many people who keep on saying that happiness and themselves have no connection, and happiness is always away from them. On the same side, we have people who are always happy.

What is the reason? I feel that happiness is always there in each and everything we do. It is when you search and live in the searched thing. It does not matter what you are doing, what really matters is the way you are doing it. Keep yourself involved in the things and think that it will bring happiness to you.

Work with full enjoyment, and you will get your happiness.

Have a heart, or Have the heart



Life has a different meaning to differnt people. What I feel about life is this that you always have two options.

Either have a heart or have the heart.

By having a heart I mean to say that there are people who always care about other people. They just can't resist themsleves helping others. It doe not matter where they are, what matters a lot is other should be in good. These people are always loving, helping and giving.

On the other side, we have having the heart people. These are the people who have the heart to do what they want to do. There can be some cases where they are like having a heart types, but they do think about themselves with thinking for others. These people are more towards good for maximum, but first good for them.

I am not in favour of any of these types. It depends on people to people that what type they are or want to be. You decide what you want to be.

Workaholic



Work! Work! Work!

There are many people who just hate doing anything
And there are many who just hate doing nothing.


People are so busy in working day and night that they don't know what is going on. I am not talking about the people around these workaholics but I am talking about the workaholics themselves. These people do their work without caring for their own health. Some do the work just to earn money, some do for the passion they have towards their work.

According to a recent survey, 93% of the techies feel that their health is affected by the work they are doing. They just sit at a place and keep on doing their work. People should take out some time for themselves so that they can exercise a bit for their healthy life.
