Flowing accordingly

We all know the importance of INFORMATION, right? Information, often linked to communication, should always be perfect, perfect in respect of its flow between the people involved. It has different importance for different people.

The same information is needed to be communicated differently in different situations. The information, which when written 100% in the exam paper, can fetch "A" grade for us. But when we communicate the same 100% information to the employees, it shows reverse results. For better results, we should be able to communicate the 10% information in such a way so that they may understand the 100%.

We all should be able to analyse the situation before actually communicating any information, so that the results are more than our expectations.
