Opaque Pay


Women has always been suppressed by men. And this is being implemented in Corporate World also, and it is only because of that the concept of GLASS-CEILING and UNDERPAYMENT has came into existence. Women are paid lesser than men.

But Hello!!! It is 2009. All those who practice underpayment have to stop it. In real sense, the issue is not about pay, it is all about people's perception of their self-worth. You can't get compensation right, until your Performance Management System is right. Pay for Performance seems a really useless word in that case.

So, Stop Pay Discrimination, and start believing that Pay for Performance works.

  1. u r really fabulous on this especially that pic. but u know one thin there r some places where women r being paid better than men..... like modeling industry. So i ll say there r some places where men r better . but still u have done a praiseworthy job congratulations....

  2. I completely agree that female models are being paid more than male...but the thing is all about exceptions...and the reason for paying them more is only their upliftment...
    Even in events, cultural programs, and some companies..women are being paid more..

    What I have tried to say is this that after forgeting these exceptions, we have no other examples like these...so we should try to bring women at a similar height..
