" While you're throwing dirt, you're losing ground."
This makes a lot of sense to me. Whenever we do something, most of the time we do it without even thinking about the consequences. And when the result day comes, we foind ourselves in a deep trouble.
Think before you do anything, you might be preparing your grave.

Doing something...
What do we do if we see anyone doing bad? We have nothing to do when it comes to doing something. The only thing we have to do is to gossip, to talk about all those bad things which is happening around us. We just sit and talk about those bad things.
In place of just sitting and talking about bad things we can also try to do something. Even that something is unimportant, but I am sure that is much better than gossip. We should think about all these things because even a single extra thing can create a big difference.
" You can sit there and talk about all the bad things that are happening, or you can do something. I'm trying to do something."

Eat your own words

By eating the words I mean to say that one should take care of the words they use, and should admit publicly that they were wrong. I have heard about so many people who have suddenly changed themselves. In a more simple word, I must say they have got some extra negative attitude towards others.
These people talk to people very politely when they are nothing, but once they reach little heights they start showing their real self. The same person who was polite earlier, now speaks without even considering his words. It really doesn't make any sense to them what other people feel because of them. They are now superior, and are on the top of the world.
We should understand other's feelings, and should always be polite no matter how high we are. Nobody is high or low, it is just a matter of your efforts and ability.
" The greatest temptation for destiny is to make a man eat his own words."

Oops!!! I failed again...
I failed so many times in doing different things as I am not different from other people. One of the most common excuse which I always presented for those failures is the difficulty level of the things which I tried to achieve. But slowly I started learning from my mistakes, which I committed in achieving my targets.
I am sure that many of us do present many excuses for their failures, and to some extent we are right because we really don't want to public our failures. But just think for a while - "Who is a real fool?". Even people around you know very well that you are just presenting a best possible excuse. You are making yourself happy, but at the same time spreading distrust in the society.
There can be only two reasons for your failures -
1. You were not having sufficient time in real sense to achieve the target.
2. You really, really, really don't wanted to achieve that target.
So, next time when you get any failure, try to find out your real category. And please never ever get discouraged, and try to learn from your mistakes.
LAND 2 PEOPLE

What are you specialized in? Economics, Marketing, Finance, HR, Astrology, or others? No matter what you are doing, but one thing which will always be helping you is other humans. How? There is not even a single work which cannot be done by human.
Well, I know very well that you all know the importance of human very well, and believe me I have nothing new to add to that. But there was a time when people didn’t know about the real importance of human and the work he is capable of doing. The Babylonian dynasty, the Qin dynasty, and the Ottoman dynasty were having a very clear thing in their mind i.e., to acquire as much land as they can by defeating the opposition. There was nothing bad in that. They really wanted to increase the acquired land so as to increase their power by killing all the residents of that new land.
We also had some dynasties like the Rothschild dynasty, the China Xia dynasty, and the Slave dynasty of India who really transformed the whole picture. I really agree that these people had also killed a lot of people along with acquiring the land. Nothing new in that, but they realized the importance of humans, and it was only because of this reason that they started the Slavery system, which was mainly for getting their works done. This saved their people to do the work, and at the same time work with no cost.
There was a shift from land to people. Everything lies within humans, not in the outside things. It all depends on how you get it done. Now, people are your power, not the other assets. Understand the importance of a human, and see the magic.

Do you know the real problem?
" The enormity of your problems is nothing compared with your ability to solve them. By overestimating the problems, you underestimate yourself." (Apoorve Dubey)

We all have problems, whether it be of family, or of academics, or of personal life, or of any other thing. We all know how to face the problems, some of us do it by getting involved in it, and some by just trying to find the solution.
Facing a problem has nothing to do with our ability to solve it. Only few of us are capable enough to handle and solve the problem. As rightly said by Mr. Apoorve Dubey by using the above quote, many of us really don't know what really the problem is, and we just react to what we see or face. I feel that problems are just the matter of what we feel, and it is only because of this reason that the thing which is a problem to me may not be a problem for you.
Problems also depends on the way we take it. Many of us overestimate the problem, and by that we just put ourselves in a deep pit. By overestimating the problem, we just make it more stronger and give it a full freedom to eat us up. So, please don't underestimate yourself by overestimating the problems.
I really appreciate Apoorve Dubey, and will appeal all of you not to overestimate your problems.
USE YOUR SENSES TO IDENTIFY THE REAL PROBLEM WITH ITS RIGHT INTENSITY.

Forcing to take care...

We all love to talk, specially on our beloved mobiles. If we feel bored, alone or angry, the first thing which comes to our mind is calling our near and dear ones. I have came across many people who just can't stop themselves talking on their phone, no matter it is important or not. And I really feel pity of those whom they call. Those poor fellows have no option. But few us know very well how to take care of those.
Thanks to Tata Docomo for the pay per minute calling and messaging. Now those people have to think before calling or SMSing anyone. Why? They have to much to talk (generally rubbish), now they will take care of their words as a extra word or a second can charge them something extra. Earlier the charge was on per minute basis, and if their time pass the minute they used to talk for the next full minute till it reached the 50 seconds series. But now we are little bit safe.
Thanks DOCOMO...
